Cancellation policy

Please note that the cruise and/or itinerary may be subject to change at the captain’s discretion due to adverse weather/technical reasons to ensure passenger safety. In this case, passengers have the following 2 options. Get a full refundChoose an alternative (or the same) cruise on a different date, subject to availability. The strong possibility is that the boat will be able to accommodate passengers on an alternative trip due to our generous seating capacity! In any case, if the cruise cannot take place on the specified date, you can make an alternative booking and adjust your plans accordingly or request a full refund. If a cruise is rescheduled for technical reasons, we will inform you of the reason and the revised destination/schedule as early as possible for you. This way, you have the option to either join the next available cruise of your choice or receive a full refund.
